★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had Giant mock up and produce a container home for me. They did everything from the blue prints to the full build out/interior/plumbing and electrical and only took a few months. Pretty exceptional considering how much money I would've spent on building a home the traditional way. Ill be doing this much more often on vacant waterfront properties across the country. Long live sustainability!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service (besides Shanelle, she's lovely). Paid in full for a new container. Six weeks later, still nothing. They ignore your emails and make you feel like you're annoying them when you ask questions about the ETA of your product. I literally said in one email "sorry for bothering you" as I was wondering where my container was. And then I thought wait, I'm the customer, why am I apologizing for me asking you to do your job. My company has lost money due to Giant containers inability to follow through on delivering. We were planning on ordering 3 more containers. However we will be giving some one else our business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exceptional product and great people. Delivery was on the day of a snow storm. Despite weather related delays Dave kept me posted on status. Gord (the driver who dropped the container) maneuvered his truck down our challenging laneway with the skill of an experienced professional. And with surgical precision he "placed" (not dropped) a giant container on four blocks that prevented any damage to the concrete pad where it was located.
Awesome product. Awesome Service. Outstanding people! Competitively priced too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giant built a 4 car garage for me and installed on a Georgian Bay property. Completed on time and with great results under difficult conditions. Andrew and the team are dedicated and responsive. Dodds Doors also did a great install and both companies were well coordinated. I'm looking forward to our next creative project!

Five years later we continue to work together on projects and regardless of the scale of the project, they have always upheld that same level of service. The experience I had over 5 years ago is the same if not better to this day. Thanks GIANT!
