★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All of my pervious transactions with German Parts.ca have been five star but in my recent order I received an incorrect filter due to a packaging error. I am disappointed in how slow the process has been to correct this issue. A phone call and an email and I am still waiting for a reply. I hope this one star review gets the attention needed to get the correct filter that I ordered to my door quickly. ***Update*** German Parts.ca resolved my issue almost immediately today and I am please to edit this to five stars!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered the wrong parts. Needed 8 groove not seven. Called prior to shipping asking them to cancel the order. Left a message on their 1-800 number. Order was shipped and I was never called back. Emailed Anthony a week ago. No replies.
I don’t recommend using them. Very unprofessional.
Not to mention parts shower up damaged and the box doesn’t look like a new part

Being unaware of all the different types of rotors and pads the team at German Auto Parts were quick and extremely knowledgeable and courteous in helping me choose the best fit for my vehicle. I definitely recommend anyone looking for great pricing, quality service and outstanding product to check them out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Placed several orders with this website and it’s always been a positive experience. Items are packaged well to prevent damage or leaks during shipping. I have had packages shipped to me and also used the penguin pickup service a few times. Even customer service is great, I had to call them a couple times to make changes to my order and it was always a smooth process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very impressed with Germanparts.ca. Pricing was very competitive compared to local shops. Shipping was reasonable and quick. What really stood out for me was the customer service offered by Vito/Tim when it turns out I ordered the wrong rotors. We were able to work out returning the parts to one of their local partners rather than shipping the heavy (40lbs) parts back to Mississauga. Saved considerable $$. Will definitely be ordering from them again.

I called my Porsche dealer to order the auxiliary water pump, part number 95810631300 ($443.50) for my Cayenne, however it was out of stock and needed to be ordered with an estimated 2 day delivery. I decide to look at GermanParts.ca as I had previously ordered my entire break pads and disc from them. They had it in stock for almost 1/2 the price ($234.50). I ordered the part at 1:52 pm and received an email at 4:39 pm saying that my package was ready to be picked up at a Penguin pick up point. That was very impressive!!! I received the part and manufactured by Pierburg. I'm very satisfied. Anthony is very helpful over the phone.
