★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a dropoff point for the office that is based outside of Montreal. The people there are friendly, however, it is very unorganized. There were no forms for the samples I dropped off and no one could answer my questions. In all, they never actually did the work that I asked for because there was missing information. To top it off, the person I spoke with over the phone was incredibly rude.
