★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had appointment at 2 pm, we came around 12:30 pm because I was afraid we'll be late due to traffic and parking. We are the only one in the waiting room and now is 3:20 pm and we are still waiting... ? If they can't respect appointments so why do they gave appointments ? sorry to say this but some of the doctors have no respect and care for theirs patients ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the best nurses attend to me at the fertility clinic here. They are the kindest nurses I have ever had since I have lived in Montréal. They explained to me in detail everything they were doing. I wish I remembered all their names, so I could thank each of them. I am terrible at remembering names. Thank you ladies for your care. My doctors were incredible too. They speak French mostly, so if you are an English only speaker like myself, just be patient with them, they try to communicate with you so you'd understand what they are trying to say. My appointment was always on time. Thank you again.
