They are also not afraid to admit when they don't have an answer and go out of their way to find it for me. They carry trusted Canadian brands and have a great selection of 'all natural' products. I used to travel to Barrie for my product needs.....no longer need or want to do that. Thanks for coming to Midland.

She shouldn’t be working with the public especially at a health food store!! Plus she was very rude!!! To follow up on your response. The customer that was in the store came in after your employee was very rude to me, she did not see the Incident. Your choice to to believe what you want. I have Absolutely no reason to make that up and if this is true about the mask, she should at the very least be wearing a shield and keeping her distance as best possible from those shopping in the store. Just because she’s exempt doesn’t mean she might not have Covid. Your customers have the right to know what they are stepping into from there, they can make their own choice.

If your mask works, then you're fine! :) Healthy people do not spread or die from viruses & it's our responsibility to take care of our immune systems! So, what a wonderful place to help me reach optimal health! & Even though we have a 99.84% chance average of surviving covid, (no more deadly than the flu any other year) its great to see people stocking up on immune-boosting supplements rather than toilet paper! 5 stars all day long!☆☆☆☆☆

I’ve know this particular employee for better than 40 years and she has always, as long as I’ve know her, been in the health and fitness industry. She doesn’t have a mean bone in her body, and I’ve have never heard her raise her voice ever. Every time I’ve been in the store she’s been nothing but helpful and kind. Keep up the good work M, you know who you are ?✌️
