Was originally told that the woman who books services was away for 2 weeks. Now am told that I need to wait another month for technician. My claim went in in September. Didnt hear anything from the company for a month. I called and they offered no apology, no firm date for anything, no pricing consideration. If you are looking for an excellent product and a customer centered business model, definitely spend your money with another company.

a	art vandalay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent over 25K on windows for a couple new build projects, one of the windows was missing a piece of hardware and one was not closing properly due to a factory defect. Over a period of 2 months of attempting to contact Tiffany, she did not respond to numerous emails from us and our client, when she did finally respond she advised she would get back to us and failed to do so which made us look pretty terrible as a builder. What are they paying this manager to do if she cant even respond? If quality and customer service is important to you, do not deal with Gentek.

Lady at the front counter is extremely rude on the phone and can never answer questions. You would think she would know the products they sell but she simply knows nothing. Sales guy that was our go to person quit and hasn’t surfaced anywhere but as soon as he does, we will move our business to wherever he ends up. Beyond frustrated with this place!

So hard to be positive these days as delays and backorders seem to be the norm, but they all try to keep us informed and work with us whenever possible.
