★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I came in to ask a few questions about a particular graphics card. The individual behind the desk seemed irritated, even after I began by saying "can I ask you a few questions?" Should I really need to ask? That's why you're there. One of the only reasons for me to go into a physical storefront is to get a little help. When I asked for some more info, they went to google. Google?
Very uninformed and unpleasant. I'm happily going to be spending my money elsewhere.
