★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely wonderful. Bought some work boots that I was ready to throw in the garbage as the blisters were coming in hot... Took them in and 10 minutes later they were punched out at no cost and viola. Comfortable and wearable again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Showed up early, no one was there. Was helped, but there were no options. They didn't measure my feet at all and just had be try on oddball sizes they had in stock.
they were supposed to call me back a few days ago but never got around to it.
would not recommend shopping here, you can get everything online for much cheaper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first ever experience here and I don't care to go back. I entered the store an hour before they closed and they were vacuuming, they stopped, then stood there with their arms crossed and watched me walk around the the store without saying a word. After a few minutes I went up to them to ask a few questions to which I got short answers that were little to no help. The whole time they had their arms crossed and lips pursed like they couldn't stand that I was in the store. I find it really difficult to find shoes that fit and had high hopes going in, especially after finding out they were a retailer for a brand I researched online. Customer service could use some work.
