★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great park for the pups. Off leash beach that lets your dogs go swimming. There are plenty of trash bins along the beach too.
Parking can be limited at times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dogs playground! Lots of friendly dogs to play and run and swim and fetch. One side is off leash and the other side is with leashes but dogs can't read so it's just one big stretch of fun.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to bring your dog in the fall or winter when water levels are down. This is an area you can let your dog run free, meet other dogs, and swim. Little busy in the summer with tourists stopping by. (Update) The beach is pretty small in summer due to high water levels. During this time, it gets too crowded and lots of owners don't pick up after their dogs and hide it in the sand. Please take care of our dog beach!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice clean area for dogs off leash. Not very big but then your just off the lake trail and sidewalk to take you and your dog for a walk on leash then you can let your dog cool off again on the way back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got there late afternoon. Most dog owners had come and gone obviously cause we had the whole beach to ourselves. Smallish beach for off leash fun. Can see it being over crowded on busy sunny days. If you’re nearby it’s a nice place to go but I wouldn’t go out of my way to go there.
