SCAM !! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT PAY MONTHLY FOR PHONE INSURANCE ??‍♀️.. I DID FOR OVER A YEAR AND GUESS WHAT. When push came to shove and I needed a new phone they wanted a $1000 deposit for a new phone and if not that wait 7 days for a new one and still get charged $200. Bruh this phone is years old and isn't even worth $200 new on any marketplace. Any other insurance company on phones give u one free replacement no questions asked ... So hilarious . My phone isn't even broke but someone told me to call and see what they would say in this case .. my God .. money wasted . What a damn joke ??‍♀️??? the girl was also so salty that I wanted to cancel this scam plan lol

SCAM ALERT, do not pay for the monthly warranty!! My laptop crashed and I tried to go through geek squad warranty and they gave me no options to get it fixed..... very rude customer service not helpful, were not willing to workout a solution with me! I recommend to avoid geek squad at all costs!

I had software issues on my computer only a few month after buying it. It was extremely frustrating. My entire computer ended up having to be wiped. When I brought my computer to Best Buy, the person at the geek squad desk, Bradly, was very busy, dealing with a three of people. He was very patient with their questions and helped resolve their various issues. When it got to my turn (which only took ten minuets) he was more then helpful and helped fix the issue while explaining everything. 10/10 very good costumer service.

Took my computer in for waranty. They said it needed a new.mother board. 3 weeks later I get it back and when I hooked it up, I find that they wiped all .my data and programs off. Now I had nothing more than a tin box. After several attemprs to call the numbers on the sales slip for both Best Buy and Geek Squad, I learned that the GS numbet was disconnected, and the BB one only tells you to go on line for help....how do I do that....they wiped my computer clean. Finally got a guy in South America. Isn't that nice. I eventually took it back, and they are going to try recover my data, but another 4 weeks....won't ever go back
