To provide fast and reliable service, GDB owns and operates an extensive fleet of both summer and winter maintenance equipment. Our fleet ranges from parking lot sanding trucks, skid steers/Bobcats to wide track lawn cutting machines. We also have a full line of construction equipment.
An important resource for GDB is our people. We maintain a culture of teamwork, fun, and a focus on delivering quality service. We offer training programs on lawn and plant maintenance, for example. In situations where we need a different level of expertise, we will happily turn to outside consultants, such as Certified Arborists to ensure the best results are delivered.

Tyler & Colton provide excellent service, i'll call early morning and usually by late morning (same day) they've sanded my location. They provide me with a picture and email notification the service has been completed..

They did the snow removal at a mid-sized condo complex and thier work, professionalism and communication have made my job as a property manager so much easier. I would not hesitate to use GDB again and will ask that they bid on all my future projects.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They came to do the landscaping and left a large mess of blown debris and shoppers bags by the leaf blower they use as "landscaping" cleaning. Did not clean my front walkway. Left a large mess. Very disappointed. Would not recommend.
I have refrained from making a complaint as I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. However, this has been consistently reoccurring Everytime they come to my townhouse in the north side. I wish I could add a photograph to show how low quality work they provide.
