D	Dr Bass on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The did a great job for the first 90% of the job, but didn't finish the job. I'd asked several times (including on the original price quote) about putting the polymeric sand at the end but they never did this. After the stone was laid out (last Spring) they said they wanted to wait a year before putting the sand down in case the stones needed to be leveled again - I was told they'd come back and do it first thing in the spring. In May when I hadn't heard from them I contacted the sales rep and she said it would get done - this actually happened three or four times before I finally got annoyed. They then told me that they don't normally put this sand in with this time of stone, which is totally ridiculous as I had weeds coming through the cracks and other larger stoned were getting jammed in between the patio stones. After about my tenth questioning of when this polymeric sand was actually going to be put in they told me that I should just do it myself or they would do it and charge me. Terrible customer service. I'm very easy going and I can't recall ever giving a bad review to a company, but after this experience I figured I should let others know what to expect with this company. I researched several patio stone companies in Winnipeg and GB Stone was a little more expensive than most others, but I got the impressions that they were more professional and reliable than the others... unfortunately I was wrong.

The job was done with care to make it right. Everyone was exceptional! All questions were answered and dealt with right away. We will definitely use them again for future projects.

Their workmanship and professionalism far exceed other companies we have dealt with! Hired this company to do a significantly large stone work job. Everything about this company was awful. They were completely sloppy with lots of problems regarding quality of work . It took them over a year of phone calls to get them to actually come back to do the work, and even then they left areas unfinished. When I confronted them about this, their response was "we have more important jobs to do". Finally had another company finish the job. This company has no regard for their clients or their quality of work. Furthermore they caused thousands of dollars in damage to a high end floor, which didn't take responsibility for. would never risk hiring them again for any job , large or small..
K	Kiranjeet Panesar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We call this company for landscaping estimate their employee took the measurements and he said I will send you quote check your email we check our all email folder but nothing it's almost 3 weeks now we didn't hear back from them we built new house and two days ago my neighbor call them for estimate they took measurements but no email or anything she send them massages but no response. My house is on John Neufeld crescent in Devonshire village and We are still waiting but no response my husband send them massages on Facebook he said them our house address and contact info but nothing. We will not recommend this company to anyone. They are not responsive and they have no value for their customers.
