My car broke down during the night on my way from Regina to Calgary ; I was so lucky AMA choosed Gauvin Motors to fix my car. They never saw me before that day and treated me like one of their regular and potential returning costumer. Besides this they quickly made perfect diagnostic, order the part and fix the car for the price and the timing they initially quoted. The owner drove me back and forth to my hotel. If you look for a place to maintain your car in town, or if unfortunately your car breaks down in that area while you are travelling, I would highly recommend going to Gauvin Motors. Customer service was great, me and bill hatched out a cash deal on a older used vehicle. I was coming from 4 hours away and Bill had no problem doing business after hours. I didn’t show up until 9 pm and bill had the vehicle gassed up, plate on and ready to go. Ended up purchasing but the dealer and myself didn’t notice the vehicle was in miles not kms, understandable thing to miss as I’m in the industry too. Bill then got the owner Vic to give me a shout earlier this morning and Vic took care of the problem in a polite respectful matter and I’m now writing a review so I’m quite pleased! Thanks Gentlemen! I live 2 hours out of town, and was interested in a vehicle on the lot on a Friday. I did not want to miss out on the vehicle, as it was the perfect car for me. I spoke with Al late Friday afternoon, and was told he wouldn't sell it until I could get there Saturday to see it. There had already been a customer at the store Saturday that would've bought it before I arrived. Al told that customer I had first chance. I have been around the automotive, rec and equipment parts and sales in industry for 25 year's, and nearly noone does that. He took my word, and did not make me leave a deposit. From the first time I spoke to Al on the phone, I instantly knew that this was a small company that truly appreciated and valued their customers. Needless to say, after a 15 minute test drive the car was sold. Gauvin Motors made the entire process pleasant. Believe me everyone, support these people they deserve your business.

I was stunned with quality of service and products offered at gauvin motors. I was a first time buyer at gauvin motors where i made a purchase of a 2000 Chrysler Concorde with only 45000 km. I called to inquire about the vehicle, Just to make sure it was not a typo in the ad. Sure enough vehicle had 45000 k on it. An hour later after discussing the purchase with my wife I called Al the salesperson for this vehicle and told him i was coming to see it. Al advised me he will wait for me with the vehicle for sale until I arrive. Forgetting about the 1 hour time zone difference , I was going to run late . I called Al and advised him I will be late. Al waited for me past closing time to demo me the vehicle. When I arrived another employee was vacuuming the rug so it would be clean and tidy when I arrived. Nice touch.! Al answered all my questions I had about vehicle and history. After deciding to purchase the vehicle I advised AL I have to drive back in my current car 700 km to Alberta. And return few days later a 20 hr greyhound bus ride to pick up my purchase. To help me out Al arranged for my vehicle to be moved to Saskatoon where I could arrive on a via train and be there 9 hrs later not 20. I feel customer service at gauvin auto is beyond excellent. I don't have enough stars to show how much I appreciate the fact they went out of their way to help me before and after my purchase. Al stayed after hours even though he had plans . that is type of customer service you will never find at big dealerships. This kind of mom and pop dealerships and garages are hard to find. Now that I know gauvin motors I will definitely be returning in the future to buy my next vehicle from them. Enclosed are photos of my purchase , to show everyone the quality vehicles they sell.
