I contacted your office a week ago for pricing, and was given a quote for approximately $215 dollars, including materials delivered and taxes. Was also promised same day delivery.... Today I phoned to place my order and spoke to someone who would not even listen to me about the pricing I received a week ago and as far as same day delivery that was now not an option. It was now not the same price for the exact same request; they now wanted $50 more then the original quote and on top of that I was told that if I wasn’t happy I should deal with another company!! Who says that to a customer?? Extremely poor customer service and manipulative. It seems that they screw people around on the phone - Would suggest avoiding this company like the plague as they don’t value their repeat clients. I have been living down the road from them for 10 years and have ordered from them 3-4 times before and have never had this problem. Good riddance, happy to give my business to some one else. Address your staffing issues, being rude to your customers isn’t a great way of doing business....

The driver Cody was friendly and enthusiastic and did an awesome job of putting the soil exactly where I wanted it, despite the tight squeeze with the truck. His expertise, care and finesse unloading were impressive!

It was great to learn that they have an option of having two different materials in one delivery, which saves money. A fast efficient transaction for sure. The quality of material is top notch.
