★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in person in Aug/21 for a loose front tooth, spoke to someone that told me they would let sheens know. I called and left a message the net day and about a week after that did the same thing. No response to this day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1/5 stars because 0/5 was not an option. I am extremely hurt. I have always considered myself to be a loving, caring human with great morals. (All the traits you would expect a health care clinic to have for their patients). I have never given ANY company a bad review before and I couldn’t sleep as I had the WORST experience of my life today. So, I decided to post a review; cannot stay quiet this time. Nor should I have to. I had a complete run around from a specific nurse (I will not mention her name – she knows who she is) and I have been treated very poorly by her and the receptionist as well. Showing no signs of empathy and not interested in making the patient (myself and probably others) feel comfortable or better. I have had a great doctor there for about 17 years now and never had a problem until the last... I would say 4 months (had nothing to do with him- just the other two). I will never return because of the treatment that I had today. To be in healthcare and be that rude to a patient who has always been nothing but respectful and kind is completely appalling. Thanks for a wonderful 17 years and a terrible last few months. Goodbye.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pediatric nurses are ways incompetent and offer the worse advice NEVER trust advice that doesn't sit right when it comes to your kids always get a second opinion.
The receptionists here are always incompetent too, the Drs are lovely but you never actually get to see what you're always pawned off into a nurse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am bewildered by the negative reviews of the Tweed Gateway Healthcare centre. My wife and I have been extremely satisfied with the all facets of our treatment and care. From cheerful professional reception to informed and professional medical staff.. well, 5 stars folks! Thank you for all you do for the community and surrounding area. Keep up the great work.
