C	Claire Fenske on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since the new owner of Valu-Mart has taken over I have found myself doing considerably more shopping in Tweed. As a single senior I am thrilled to see things like the bags of smaller sweet potatoes and grapefruit that I previously had to drive to Belleville to find. They also now carry the brand of dry cat food (Iams Indoor, another item I had to drive to Belleville for) that I feed my pets. Little things like these mean a lot. Some prices may be a little high (like why is Reids 10% cream $4.19 here and $2.69 in Belleville?) but the savings in gas driving to Belleville to shop balances things out. Overall the store has improved greatly. Two thumbs up for Tom.

Clean organized fully stocked shelves and lots of fresh produce great specials on every day items we all eat.Also they are introducing many food items for vegetarians?.Great staff Congratulations everyone for all your hard work. Prices are higher than many other grocery chains however being it is a valumart (all seem to be a bit more expensive) good deals can be found. It is located in a very small town and convenient for essentials or items you may need that dont warrant taking a trip to the city, especially with increasing cost of gas.
