★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there to have my photo taken for my PR card. I compared their pictures to other one I had taken in a different place and Gastown photo had a much better quality. Service was fast and I the picture was accepted by the immigration, so they did a good job. I recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service. Went there today to take a passport photo of my 6 weeks old baby. They were very professional, fast and even made baby smile. We also received one extra bigger version of the passport photo "for grandparents" for free. Made my day:-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They took our son's passport photo. Great quality and fast. The price was $28 compared to Walmart's $40. And can't beat the location which it's in the same locale as the passport office. The only drawback that didn't make the 5 star was the clerk was eager to close shop. He only took 3 photos and let us picked the best.

He let me take my photo 5-10 min before his technical "opening" time, and I got my pictures in 10 minutes or less! He is a good humoured, kind gentleman. Would definitely go back for any photo needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've taken both my children here for their passport pictures - at 6 months and 4 months old. Very efficient. If your baby is not able to sit (like my younger one), you are able to lie them down on a little table with a white sheet. No risk of hands or parents in the picture. Less than 10 minutes before pictures were ready. With both my kids, they have given me prints of smiling photos to keep. Expensive for passport pictures ($28 inc tax) but worth it to ensure a smooth trip with a baby and pictures that will be accepted by Passport Canada.

Fast quick photos in 10 minutes
Person taking the picture, as always rude, grumpy and just rushes with it with no care.
But pictures came out in timely manner so points to that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have used them countless times. They are always willing to try & work with my time restraints if I ask them to rush something for my printing needs. If they cant, they let me know up front too. Great & knowledgeable staff, I've bought my last 5 cameras there too. Miss their old location across the street when they had more space to display more stuff, but their quality of service hasnt changed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent photos and really quick service. I needed a good credible photo (between London Drugs passport shot & studio headshot) for a job application. Great open studio space. Victor served me right away. He got the job done, with two digital photos & printed photos, within 20 minutes. Victor even gave me a major discount when I mentioned that I came there specifically because of their excellent reviews. Parking is a pain to find in the area (suggest parking on Cordova,) but at least you're in and out pretty quick. Would definitely recommend.
