In less than 10 minutes since we started, I got so relaxed that I drifted away to some other place. I might have fallen asleep but I wasn't sure. I felt really good. After the treatment, I felt my tension had loosened up and I was much more relaxed. I did sleep well, that evening after the session. Gary is very thorough, knowledgeable and it is a very pleasant experience to receive an acupuncture treatment from him. I highly recommend his work to whoever needs to unwind from their life.

I was a little concern when I first heard about acupuncture, but if it can fix my shoulder like it did to my friend, I found it fair to give it a try. During my first session, Gary explained to me what the problem was and how he would proceed. He certainly knew what he was doing. Contrary to what I would imagine, the treatment was very subtle and comfortable. I felt the pressure when he inserted the needle, then I experienced how my blood flew into my shoulder and my muscle loosen up. My shoulder felt great afterward. I continued to see Gary whenever I need to maintain my physical fitness and sports related injuries.

His TCM technique is quite unique as he takes his time trying to understand the root cause of our issues and does not use treatment just as a temporary band aid effect.
