Dustin and his crew clearly take pride in their work which was apparent through discussions with them, by observing the installation and from the end result. Our roof looks amazing! 1	1977rsj on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't speak to the quality of their work however they told me they would stop by to evaluate my roof and I ended up having to call them when they were half and hour late. They then told me they would meet me 5 hours later to evaluate the roof. When they finally checked on my roof they told me they would start the job in 2 or 3 days. After a week of waiting, I contacted them and they didn't answer the phone. I tried again the following work and once again, no response. Unprofessional and poor customer service.

There was a minor issue, which was acknowledged and repaired on the same day, and it was a Sunday of a long weekend no less. Very impressive!! Would definitely recommend. Nancy

I had previously hired a private roofer that did not fulfill the verbal agreement. They left myself and my house in a very bad way. I called Garlow Roofing. And that same day Dustin came with his team to assess my roof. He was honest, upfront and transparent. They made an appointment asap. They had an extremely busy schedule and found time to fit me in on a statutory holiday in order to make sure my roof was completed before anymore rain damaged happened. GARLOW ROOFING SAVED THE DAY!! I can not thank them enough for taking the time to talk with me and get the job done on such short notice and at a great price!! 5 star rating does not do this company justice. If I could give more stars I would. If your looking to hire a Rare one of a kind company that is professional, fun, does impressive work and has great pricing... My air vents were replaced with much better vents. My gutters were cleaned, with leaf covers put on them. I would recommend these gentlemen in a heart beat. Also great quote pricing. Thank you Dustin Garlow and crew.
