★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bus drivers are pleasant and courteous. Can the Transit Company please offer buses where the passengers have the option to open the windows for fresh air to breath which should at least be provided without question? Senior Citizens, parents with infants and physically challenged people can’t use escalators at metro stations that are either shut down for some unknown reason or maybe broken even during rush hour that is inappropriate.
