Very clean, good organization, people are very nice and smiling, for me it's the good choice to bring my daughter over there?

i absolutely recommend this daycare, one of the best , my kids are learning a lot , the teachers are great as well as the owner , they care so much about the well-being of the kids , and most importantly my kids absolutely love it , they are always excited to go in the morning and before leaving the daycare they always run to hug gigi goodbye , good food preparation, lots of activities, thank you for giving my kids such great services

its really an amazing place, i recommended it for all my friends. My son was the first child in this day care and it was 5 years ago and now my daughter, the teachers are amazing and the place is super clean .

First off i would like to start with my over all experience at this daycare. I have had 2 children attend this daycare. My first started in la pouponniere and graduated at 5 years old this August. My second is 3 so she still attends at the moment. Its always clean, organized and structured. Every day the meal menu is different and cooked on the spot the same day. Arriving in the morning i can smell the food cooking when i walk in and its always delicious. (never cook pork). Everytime my son graduated to a new class he became attached to new educators and it was comforting to know that he was excited to be going to daycare everyday. The director is very educated in child psychology and has her employees follows structured educational games and activites to develop the minds and comprehension of the children. Everyone is friendly and the kids all seem to be enjoying themselves. You can really see the differences in the services offerd between the 7$/day daycare and this private childcare service. You get your moneys worth and i will recommend this place to anyone. I normally dont pay much attention to comments from trolls/haters but i will make an exception this time to adress the enormous negative paragraph written by ANDREW HOLNESS. Parents please beware of this mans bs* . I personnaly remember him as the father of a child also attenting this daycare. Andrew took specific events and twisted his own version of the truth to make the staff look bad. His complaints are baseless. This angry man has allowed his own personnal domestic issues taint his own reputation and it is now spilling over into this plot to take the daycare down with him. I dont like bullies and this daycare is so much better than Andrew Holness described.

Parents beware: My daughter went through a hair pulling phase at 18 months old here. Their response to how they dealt with this: "We took 2 or 3 strands of her hair and gave it a little tug just to show her it's bobos." Excuse me? Don't ever harm my child. Where do they teach this in early childcare education? This daycare will tell you that it's a bilingual daycare but most of the educators speak only french. My girlfriend who spoke only English when she would drop off or pick up our daughter they would only communicate with her in French which she couldn't understand! They won't supply you with a menu, they'll tell you to take pictures of the laminated copies of the menu in the daycare. We started our daughter there at 9 months, from 9 months to 18 months everything was great, Elham (I hope that's how you spell it) is an amazing educator but as soon as we switched to the 18 month old class it was a different story. This daycare hires unqualified staff who can't even manage to put a diaper on correctly. Many times we picked up our daughter and her diaper was on so tight it was leaving marks! When we would go pick her up at 5pm all the kids would be outside playing when it was sunny, the issue was I would see only 2 educators to 30-40 children, pretty sure that is illegal. In her daily agenda (which you pay $20 for) the same generic comments were made every single day. No specifics. This daycare is nothing but a cash grab, they make you pay $40+ per day and give $2 service. They charge you $10 per access card and when you give them back, they don't give you back the money unlike every other daycare! The owner Gigi is nice at first because she wants your money and for you to enroll your child in her daycare so she can have it full all the time and collect as much money as possible. She is impossible to talk to and won't admit her mistakes. At one point in October or November of last year, she hired someone new for the 9-18 month old class and immediately went on vacation, during the time she was gone, an educator took a picture of a child in distress in their car seat instead of helping them and used the picture to blackmail the owner, a parent entered the building in a fury and caused a scene, removing their child on the spot due to their actions and leaving bad reviews on social media until the owner decided to delete their facebook page so other people wouldn't find out what goes on here. The owner Gigi is almost never there but you can be sure to find her there from 7am-6pm on the first of the month to collect those payments! There is never an extra staff member present in case an educator has to leave for an emergency. I can say from 9-18 months they cared for my daughter properly, after that it was a different story. If you don't know any other daycares, this one seems great at first, but now that we've changed daycare, the difference in quality of service and the comfort level as parents of where we leave our children and how safe they will be in the care of those people is day and night. This is just my experience but be careful sending your children here!

I can honestly say this is the best place for my daughter. Gigi listens to every parent and all their concerns. She makes everyone feel right at home and is always available. The educators want the best for the children and they take the time to communicate everything to the last detail! I want to take the time to thank everyone for the attention they give to my daughter.

My little one attended this daycare for 4 + years and I only have great things to say about Gigi and her beautiful staff. Gigi is the kindest, most respectful & caring person I have ever met. She along with the educators always put my daughter first, her needs, her safety, and health. My daughter was the happiest at this daycare and to this day I thank them for taking such wonderful care of my little princess. As a parent, myself being the overprotective very involved (crazy at times) parent, it was very difficult for me to trust another human being with the most important and precious person in my life. But from day one when I entered those doors, I felt welcomed and safe. There were days when I would panic and wanted to see if my daughter was ok at that very moment and every time I would call to check on her Gigi would always be there to take my call ( there was many , as I mentioned ,very overprotective parent here ;)) and she would reassure me that everything was fine and if I needed to call again she would be there AGAIN to take my call (Always). Gigi and her staff are all very caring and qualified educators and that I would have not changed anything for my daughter when she was here. I have so much appreciation for everyone here at Petits Monstres Rigolos, so much so that I would have gladly paid double the price because of the quality of care my daughter and myself received by each and everyone at this spectacular daycare. I would also like to mention their educational program is really something special. My daughter is a first grader this year and I had many teachers last year (while she was in KG) ask me, “what daycare did she attend”? why you ask: because of her advanced educational skills she has. And all that is thanks to Gigi and her wonderful staff. There educational program is exceptional, and they properly prepared my daughter for kindergarten and I will forever be greatful. My daughter to this day still asks and speaks about them and wishes she can still go there. Hopefully in the future when god decides to bless us with a 2nd child there is no hesitation that this will be the daycare I choose for him/or her, Even if I now live 40km away. It is so very worth it knowing your child, your most precious gift is in best hands.
