★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service après vente ridicule. Ils se foutent amplement de leur client après que la vente soit effectuée. Nous avons acheté notre cabanon il y a 2 ans et ils nous ont posé une porte et fenêtre défectueuse en plus d'avoir eu à attendre des mois pour la livraison. Après plus d'une dizaine d'appels pour effectuer un suivi concernant les défectuosités dont ils ont eu le rapport par l'installateur la journée meme de l'installation , ils n'ont toujours pas réparé notre porte et fenêtre et ne nous rappelle pas non plus pour un suivi 2 ANS APRÈS...PIRE COMPAGNIE EVER, je ne recommande certainement pas, et je n'ai jamais vu une compagnie offrir si peu de service après vente. Très désolant et notre prochaine étape est la plainte à l'OPC car nous avons payé pour un service défectueux qu'ils ne réparent pas et ne daigne même pas nous répondre pour quand ils vont le réparer.
 Ridiculous after-sales service. They don't give a damn about their customer after the sale is made. We bought our shed 2 years ago and they installed a defective door and window in addition to having to wait months for delivery. After more than a dozen calls to follow up on the defects reported to them by the installer on the day of the installation, they still have not repaired our door and window and have not called us back. neither for a follow-up 2 YEARS LATER...WORST COMPANY EVER, I certainly do not recommend, and I have never seen a company offer so little after-sales service. Very sorry and our next step is the complaint to the OPC because we paid for a faulty service that they do not repair and do not even deign to answer us for when they will repair it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tellement une mauvaise compagnie! Nous avons entrepris les démarches en mars 2021 pour une construction en octobre 2021 car ils sont surbooké !!! Finalement ils nous ont repoussé en novembre, puis décembre puis finalement l’année prochaine!!!! Nous sommes en avril 2022 et ils nous repoussent encore!!! Il n’y a eu aucun délai pour encaisser notre chèque de 20% de mise de fond par contre. Bref j’attends la construction avant de modifier mon commentaire.
Such bad company! We took the steps in March 2021 for a construction in October 2021 because they are overbooked!!! Finally they pushed us back to November, then December and finally next year!!!! It's April 2022 and they're still pushing us away!!! There was no delay in cashing our check for 20% down payment, however. In short, I'm waiting for the construction before modifying my comment.
