★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je conduits un véhicule électrique, et je me suis fait enboucanné par un de leurs pickup blanc bien identifié au nom de l'entreprise. Ils l'ont modifié pour activer le "coal-rolling" sur demande pour emboucanné les autres de façon ciblé (il boucannait seulement quand j'étais à coté). ça en dit long sur leur mentalité de red-neck. C'est pour compensé le vide dans leur pantalons j'imagine.
I drive an electric vehicle, and I got hit on by one of their white pickups clearly identified with the name of the company. They modified it to activate "coal-rolling" on demand to confuse others in a targeted way (it only boucannée when I was near). that says a lot about their red-neck mentality. It's to make up for the void in their pants, I guess.

I had to have my water inlet replaced with Entreprise Clement. The customer service is perfect and the work was done quickly and impeccably.They take the time to explain the options and prices of the work so that there are no surprises.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mon expérience avec déneigement Clément:
1. J'appelle pour confirmer le contrat de déneigement pour l'hiver, et j'envoie un chèque par la poste.
2. On m'appelle 6 jours plus tard, pour dire qu'ils n'ont pas reçu le chèque. J'offre d'envoyer un autre chèque à nouveau, car je crois qui a été perdu. On me répond "ne l'envoie, je n'ai pas vérifié le courrier hier, il est probablement déjà rentrer. Je lui demande de me rappeler dans 2 jours pour confirmer la réception du chèque.
3. Trois semaines plus tard, on me rappelle pour me dire qu'on a toujours pas reçu le chèque "et on vient ramassé les piquets ajd". J'explique à la réceptionniste qu'elle était supposé m'appeler il y a deux semaines si jamais le chèque n'avais pas été reçu, elle me répond avec un ton extrêmement bête et condescendant.
Venez chercher vos piquets, je ne fais affaire avec les compagnies avec un manque total de professionnalisme.
My experience with Clément snow removal:
1. I call to confirm the snow removal contract for the winter, and send a check by mail.
2. They call me 6 days later to say they haven't received the check. I offer to send another check again because I believe that was lost. I am told "do not send it, I did not check the mail yesterday, it is probably already home. I ask him to call me in 2 days to confirm receipt of the check.
3. Three weeks later, I am called back to tell me that we still have not received the check "and we have just picked up the ajd stakes". I explain to the receptionist that she was supposed to call me two weeks ago if ever the check had not been received, she answers me with an extremely silly and condescending tone.
Come and get your pickets, I do business with companies with a total lack of professionalism.
