On m'appelle le lendemain, sans laisser de message. J'apprends en venant chercher ma voiture le lendemain que d'autre petites choses on été ajouté ( filtre à air,essuies glace, etc)à ma facture, sans mon consentement. D'ici là c'est pas si pire, mais un peu étrange. En quittant le garage, le garagiste me dit qu'il n'a pas le temps de me faire de facture et qu'elle s'élève a 120$. Après quelques jours , je me rends compte que mes lumières n'ont pas été changés. Je retourne au garage et je remarque qu'il y a une boîte avec mon nom, c'était mon filtre à air. Le filtre à air qu'on m'a chargé, mais pas installé. Donc si je n'étais pas retourner au garage pour les lumières qui n'avaient pas été changées, je n'aurais jamais su que mon filtre à air n'avait pas été changé, même si j'ai payer pour le service. Comme pour les lumières. Je tiens a préciser qu'un des garagistes était hyper gentil et à remédier à la situation immédiatement et je n'ai aucun commentaire négatif à son égard. PAR CONTRE, l'autre garagiste qui s'est occupé de moi depuis le début était arrogant et aucunement professionnel. Il m'a dit et je cite : je dois me forcer pour pas être fâché . Il était fâché contre moi d'être insatisfaite de son service et riait clairement de moi. I had an appointment at the garage for 3 things. I learned when I picked up my car the next day that other little things had been added (air filter, windshield wipers, etc.) to my bill, without my consent. So if I wasn't going back to the garage for the lights that hadn't been changed, I would never have known that my air filter hadn't been changed, even though I paid for the service. As for the lights. I want to clarify that one of the mechanics was super nice and to remedy the situation immediately and I have no negative comments about him. HOWEVER, the other mechanic who took care of me from the start was arrogant and not at all professional. He said to me and I quote: I have to force myself not to be angry. He was angry with me for being dissatisfied with his service and was clearly laughing at me.
