Parfait pour réparer scie mécanique ,aiguiser chaines c'est ma place pour avoir conseils et appuis pour faire fonctionner mes outil mécaniques car je ne suis pas habile pour ces choses.
Perfect for repairing chain saws, sharpening chains, it is my place to have advice and support to operate my mechanical tools because I am not skilled at these things.

Très satisfait du service depuis le G Verglas achat d’ Génératrice elle va à merveille depuis et je la part 2 fois par an en fessant tourner une Scie pour que le Dynamo travaille et un ramasse feuille de qualité. Merci pour le bon service et l’écoute de vos clients.

Let me start by saying I’m mostly satisfied with the work they did do (they clearly ‘forgot’ to do the most important thing I asked for) on my tractor / lawnmower, and with the price I got. That said, the service / organization part of this business is in shambles. Firstly, I had to have my equipment picked up by them. They didn’t come by to pick it up when they said they would, so I had to call to remind them. They said it would take about a week to fix my equipment. A week later, I had heard absolutely nothing from them. Radio silence. They told me nothing about the work they did, nor did they ask for any ‘permissions’ to do any of the work. When the week they promised was up, still no call - and no equipment. So I called. They told me they would deliver it the day I called (Friday) saying the work was done. I faithfully waited all day, hoping I would receive it in time to do my lawn - but it never showed up. I had to call them on the Monday, as they were closed on the weekend. After being transferred back and forth to 5-6 different people (or the same people over and over again, I can’t really tell) I was finally given the info that they had finished with my tractor and would now send it that day. I was transferred to the person that was going to take my credit card info so I could pay. That said, I had no clue what I was paying for! So, I asked. Again, another transfer. The guy rattled off a few things they did, but when I asked a question had no clue if they had done the work I asked about. When I asked what went wrong with the delivery on Friday, no one was able (or willing - I got the impression) to answer. Also, one of the most important things I asked them to check, they clearly didn’t check as it’s still not fixed. Their honestly was and still truly is a question mark in my mind. All this back and forth, transfers, lack of information really made me doubt if any of the work they said was done was actually done - but the tractor, after I finally got it, runs great. But my lawn mower went missing. I called and the person I spoke with honestly made an effort to find the lawn mower - and did. But, it had been misplaced and hadn’t been touched (finally, some honestly with this person that I truly appreciate). Once again, it was radio silence until the work was complete; so much so that I went out and bought another second hand lawn mower because at this point I had lost all faith I would ever see it. Once again, when asked to pay I had no information about what work was done. I asked - he rattled off the one thing he could see on the bill, but again the problem I originally asked for l, they had no info about. It was fixed, and delivered to my place. It seems to run good. All this leaves me with a deep lack of trust in this company. There are clearly some rockstar employees that try to make it work, and manage to make it work, but it’s very clear to me that the company itself is in directionless shambles. I wish I could be more positive, but the experience was generally not. I’m just glad I got my equipment back, and it works… and I hope they did the work they said they did, but don’t trust them enough to outright believe it. I don’t think I can go back to this place, and can’t recommend you to go here either.
