We made initial contact on a Saturday afternoon; Cory told us he’d call at 8.00am on Monday, and that’s exactly what he did. Caleb arrived on the dot of the time we were given and within 45 minutes, our garage door was fully repaired and restored to its normal operation. The price we paid ended up being less than was originally quoted. My garage door opener was done and was too old to find replacement parts. I wasn't expecting to have to replace it entirely but once the options were explained to me and I chose a new model, it's worked out well. Cory, (a very kind young man) was very efficient and had everything done and dusted in about 40 minutes. He was also good enough to check and add a little lubrication to the roller tracks on either side of the garage door to ensure smoother functioning. I appreciated his patience explaining how the newer system works. I'll certainly call again if I need help.

It looked like at least an hour repair to me but all was repaired and working great 20min later. He knew what he was doing and wasted no time getting it done. Will always call them when I have additional servicing.
