Cindy, la femme du proprio, m'a tout-de-suite mis à l'aise et j'ai senti dès le départ que j'avais affaire à quelqu'un de fiable... Elle m'a dit tout-de-suite qu'ils étaient complets jusqu'à la semaine prochaine mais qu'il était fort à parier qu'ils pouvaient sûrement trouver une annulation de dernière minute vu le beau temps ! Elle a appelé pour moi une remorqueuse et en à peine une heure, un sympathique monsieur est venu avec sa remorqueuse plate-forme. Bref, en dedans de 48h le tout était réparé ! Donc, le remorquage, le diagnostique, le démarreur NEUF garantie à vie, la pose et les taxes 529$. Très satisfait. Je leur ai dit que j'étais pour faire un commentaire et le voici ! 5 étoiles méritées ! After searching on Google Map, I was drawn to the good comments, the photo of the garage (simple, well maintained and clean yard). Cindy, the owner's wife, immediately put me at ease and I felt from the start that I was dealing with someone reliable ... She told me everything -following that they were full until next week but it was a safe bet that they could surely find a last minute cancellation given the good weather! She called a tow truck for me and in just an hour a friendly gentleman came with his platform tow truck. In short, within 48 hours everything was repaired! So the towing, the diagnostics, the NEW starter guaranteed for life, the installation and the taxes $ 529. Very satisfied. I told them I was up for a comment and here it is! 5 deserved stars!

On est venu pour faire changer nos pneus sur notre Tesla, premièrement on a obtenu un rendez vous super rapidement malgré l'achalandage de la saison, mais en plus de ça on s'est rendu compte sur place que nos 2 mags de droites étaient bossés (merci nid de poule!), ils nous ont prêté une auto de courtoisie tout de suite, ont trouvé 2 nouveaux mags identiques aux nôtres, changé les tpms, mis nos pneus d'hiver et tout ça en moins de 24h au travers de tout leurs autres clients ?!!! Vraiment un super service : rapide, efficace, professionnel et tellement sympathique ! Ça fait vraiment changement des grosses enseignes où on avait l'habitude d'aller, ici on retrouve la vraie de vraie qualité qui est si difficile à trouver ! We came to change our tires on our Tesla, firstly we got an appointment super quickly despite the traffic of the season, but in addition to that we realized on the spot that our 2 right mags were bumpy (thank you pothole!), they lent us a courtesy car right away, found 2 new mags identical to ours, changed the tpms, put on our winter tires and all that in less than 24 hours through everything their other customers ? !!! Really great service: fast, efficient, professional and so friendly! It's really a change from the big brands where we used to go, here we find the real real quality which is so difficult to find!
