She paid it anyway and left the store. But went back 15 minutes later to return it and was told the store policy is ‘No Return’ . On the store receipt there is a blank charge of $9.74 which my aunt did not understand. I called the store and the lady told me that it is the taxe. Nowhere on the receipt is there any mention of taxe or any information about the GST number nor the TVQ number as required. And nowhere on the receipt is there any mention of “No Return”. I was told that the store has been using the same receipt for 36 years so it should be good enough.
N	Northern NJ Real Estate on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ way overpriced store!! if you buy it then you own it! this store will not allow returns or exchanges. very difficult to work with. vicky is very good at sales and is very pushy. she does not stop showing you clothes and the next thing you know you are walking out of the store with a new wardrobe. their no return policy was not reviewed with me when i purchased from the store. vicky told me there was a sign at the register which i did not see. she said it was there and that is was in french. well, i can't read french! buyer beware. over priced and terrible no return or exchange store policy. they did not accommodate my multiple requests for an exchange. best to stay away!
j	janet crozier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Quebec City jewel is located just a very short walk from Hotel Frontenac and can be easily overlooked due to its small and unassuming entranceway. Once inside this large interior store, customers are treated to a wide array of interesting and quality items. I have shopped there on two occasions and have come away with unique designer clothing items which garner many compliments and have given me great pleasure to wear. Of particular interest to me is their selection of spring/fall unlined jackets in excellent colours which fit everyone and look great over longer tunic tops, pants and skirts. There are many other fashion items and accessories, novelties, art, and local goods there as well. The staff, usually a lovely female Sales associate, is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful, and an excellent salesperson without being pushy...she truly wants her customers to leave with just the right items, so will offer assistance or just let you browse. If you like quality and originality, you should definitely pay a visit ... it is well worth your time!!
