M	Matthew Baird on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wife and I were declined access due to them not even entertaining the idea of a medical mask exemption with doctor’s note despite seeing movies 3 other occasions at this same location. Nobody during our previous visits questioned beyond letting them know of the exemption. IMO it’s entirely inexcusable this late into the pandemic with the vax passport required for entry for a buisness to refuse to acknowledge the very real existence of proper medical mask exemptions.

T	TheSettler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great cinema but the audio went above 90 decibels and the movie was supposed to start at 145 but didn’t start till almost 15 min later. The seats were okay but by the end of the movie I was ready to leave as I was uncomfortable. I would still go back.

J	Jason Brawn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My girlfriend and I went to see the latest Dr. Strange movie here a few days ago. As the previews were rolling I couldn't help but notice how dim the screen was. It's not an exaggeration to say it was maybe 50% of the brightness of other theatres I've been in. It was like the bulb needed replacing. I mentioned it to Kirsten, and she said it was bothering her, too. She's the most easy-going person alive, so when she said she was going to go say something to staff before the movie started, you know the problem was legit. I talked to two staff members, and it was clear they just didn't care at all. I went back in the theatre, hoping just the previews were dim and the movie itself would be a normal brightness, but no. And no, neither of us have vision problems, and I'm a graphic artist who knows what something should look like on a screen. The movie was good, but the presentation was awful thanks to the dim screen. Staff dismissing our concerns just exacerbated our disappointment. We'll be finding another theatre that can afford brighter bulbs in their projectors.
S	SUPAXE on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff! Good to see an employer who hires so many youth all doing a wonderful job. Bought my tickets online and minimal fuss with presenting my prof of vaccination. Although pricey I am still happy to give 5 stars!

Theatres are always clean, no sticky shoes. Glad to see them hiring young people and that they are well trained. Always look forward to movie nights and this is my go to place.
