★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gaetan's Chip Stand has one good thing going for it and that is that their prices are very cheap other than that I really dislike their food. I find that their fries taste very fishes and their burgers aren't very good. If you are looking for a really good chip stand check out the red one across from Ultramar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m not sure what happened to this chip truck this year.if it’s the staff they hire that just don’t care but it’s either undercook fries or the size doesn’t even fill up the actual container it’s way smaller and than last time I went the lady didn’t even tell me that they were out of cheese curds and put orange cheddar shredded on it... and on top of it there was mold!! I returned right away and she up sized it and put curds in it. Upsizing thank you. But I haven’t gone back. It grossed me out. They used to be so consistent. Now I go to Lang sault... own by the same I’m sure but nicer staff and I guess that is where the review lays...bad staff gives you a bad name. Sorry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First and last time we try this chip stand. Fries were burnt and it was so expensive! $43 for 2 poutines and fried curds. Take your hard earned money elsewhere!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff. Standard chip truck options. Fries were good but not salted which is a must. Cheese pops were ok. Suggest supplying small packets of ketchup, salt and pepper.
