★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not use G2S they will force you to do a phase two even though our last provider pinchin did not recommend a phase two about year prior to doing this and as nothing has changed at the property.
Also they charged me 300$ for a reliance letter after the fact, Do not use this company is just here for a money grab.
