We come after a long morning of work at 11:45 and are told by your rude scale lady "Too bad you're late you should have gotten up earlier" This has to be a joke. Our company and our partners are never setting foot in here again.

1- called to verify where to go with a car and they told me to follow the transports in - wrong
2- cost was well under valued, I spoke to management but they stood by their value, retracted the material and went to Wentworth metal and got 2x's and a bit more the amount, much smoother process

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cannot give a good review as everytime I bring in clean aluminum (no plastics/steel affixed etc) I always seem to get aluminum irony pricing. No longer bringing my aluminum here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually go to peel scrap metal recycling But unfortunately they were close today, so I came here. After bringing two 5 gallon buckets full of #1 copper (total weight 100lbs) and a small amount of brass (10lbs) I was given $75 total for everything!!! After going back and telling them that is not correct, they changed it back to the amounts that I weighted at home 100lbs for copper and 10lbs for brass, all they said was sorry. I feel like they are trying to scam you out of your hard earned cash by lowering the weight so you get less cash and they profit on the rest of the money that was you'res.
This is my first time here and I will NEVER be coming back here again!!! If I didn't know anything About scrap and there prices they would have scamed me out of $450!!
Always check the prices and weight you're materials before coming here!!!!
