N'offre pas de services à l'heure, donc si tu as pas de contrat de support, même si c'est un problème de logiciel, ils vont te faire payer plus de 1000$ en te disant que tu payerais bien plus si tu était avec Acomba etc... Ils te chargent pour plein de choses même si tu as un contrat de service avec eux de toute façon, même si tu voudrais le faire toi-même. Avec le nouveau proprio, les bons gens sont partis. Service à la clientèle une fois que tu es client vaut rien.
C'est dommage, tu veux supporter une petite entreprise québécoise, mais ils sont devenus arrogant et se font dépasser par tout le monde.
Si vous devez travailler avec les logiciels de G2, préparez-vous à vous arrachez les cheveux!
Simple Microsoft Access software with lots of bugs, am not modern day. Do not offer services on time, so if you have no support contract, even if it's a software problem, they will charge you more than $ 1000 by telling you that you would pay more if you was with Acomba etc ... They charge you for a lot of things even if you have a service contract with them anyway, even if you want to do it yourself. With the new owner, the good people are gone. Customer service once you are a customer is worth nothing.
It's a shame, you want to support a small Quebec company, but they have become arrogant and are overtaken by everyone.
If you have to work with G2 software, get ready to tear your hair!
