I signed up for their trial and forgot to cancel, they ended up sucking over 500$ from my account. When I realized what was happening, I owned up to my fault and decided to cancel. Upon canceling she stated that I will be charged a last charge because I had to cancel 30 days prior, their website doesn't include that policy anywhere. I can't talk about their product, but from their ethics I will never do business with this company.

L	Little Roch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since June 2018, now close to the end of September, I, for our company, have called this company on several occasions, I am always told that the person who can help me is not available and they will call me back. I am still waiting... I have spoken to at least 5 different people, been passed from department to department and not a single person in any department ever calls back. I have been waiting since early August for a reimbursement, but nothing has been sent yet. When you call, don't hit 9 for a company directory, as specified in the automated message, you will be told that you have pressed an incorrect option. Zero stars should be an option!

If you don't manufacture, still look for another package. Report for accounting are not correct. Our accountants are stunt that nothing is done! B.O.M. does not work in calculating profit margin!!! They say they do not foresee to fix this soon! When you push the limit of the software you realize it does not work! I do not recommend this product!
