★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in there the place was completely empty there was a man with a ladder I assumed he was working there I asked him if I could get some change from the ATM there wasn’t an ATM so from his till? he rolled his eyes and made la sound of irritation and then he slowly put down his ladder and he said something to me about going in there and doing it when I already told him I didn’t have cash I needed him to get me some out of his till and I said “you know what forget it I don’t wanna be here with an ignorant person”. already I was irritated with how rude he was so I told him he needed better customer service manners and I left. what a joke

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice pressure washer for DIYers. Still has old coin payment system that worked well. Change is available. System has all of the different cycles: soap. Rinse, wax, spot free rinse, and a few others. Clean bays! Small but good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place used to be great but not anymore. Their prices are suddenly through roof. It now costs close to three times as much to wash your vehicle. I used to be a loyal customer but I will not be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The attendant would not respond when I explained that the vacuum had very poor if any suction. He simply went into the office and sat there. An older man, came out of a mechanical room with a very aggressive and rude demeanour and attitude and said immediately said “I didn’t know what I was talking about” and “too bad, if I didn’t like it, I should go somewhere else!” The worst customer service possible! I would not in any way recommend using this car wash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give negative stars I would. Just went to wash my car and was told immediately I couldn't wash my car due to mud. I have minor mud along my running boards and said I'm not doing a full wash, just windows and headlights. So he said okay and let me in. I washed my rims out a little bit as well but was rinsing the stall as I went. A worker comes and yells at me that I said i was only washing windows and I said yes I did but I'm doing my rims but I am washing whatever mud back down. He proceeds to push me and I told him do not touch me and proceeds to try and push me again. I said again and he finally backed off. I went to rinse my car and he comes screaming at me to stop but my car was full of soap and said I am rinsing and leaving but continued to stand beside me and stare me. It was a scary experience there and I will never return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was just kicked out of here because my vehicle has mud on it. I have minor mud in my wheel wells. I just went to another car wash with zero issues. Fortunately there are plenty of car washes in this city, so there is no need for myself or anyone I know to visit this location. Hopefully this location goes under and a new owner will take over as this location was very convenient for me.
