★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had good friendly service there for my car insurance needs. Good follow up and honest info for my house insurance as well (I found BCAA significantly cheaper for house insurance). Update - they spent two hours working the phone today with icbc to get me max discount for USA driving experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haven't done business with their ICBC office in years. The last time was a total joke. And I had to go around the corner to Envision to get what I wanted done. This was when we still had our wonderful Air Care program. I had three months insurance left on my 1977 dodge van. I had wanted to transfer the insurance to my car. Which had failed the emissions test. And use up my three month reprieve. The insurance agent went on and on how I couldn't do that. As I said above had to go to their competition around the corner to get it done. The people working there clearly did not know how to do their jobs. Hopefully that bunch of people are no longer working there?? They still have employees working there that don't know the rules of their job. Recently had to re-new my driver license. Of course all I had was that stupid piece of yellow paper they give you. The ICBC agent said I could not renew my car insurance with only that as I'd. Thankfully there was another worker there that new how to do her job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been a member for many years. Am not pleased with the change to G&F financial. Anytime I go in since the change there has been a long line and only ONE teller on. She does all transactions including business ones that can take some time to complete. Anything we use to go to the front desk (miss her smiling face) is now all on the that one teller too as the front desk has disappeared. I really miss the happy chatter and smiles from the multiple tellers of the past. It has totally lost it's warmth.
