★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Crook. Stay away. Took my old one in and he sells me a piece of junk. I call 3 hours after I use it and wobbly wheels. Bad cables etc and that was after me helping him carry up out of his storage basement . totally illegal storage unit. Called 3x and said I want my old one back. No call back. Had to get a male friend to get my money back and he probably sold my old one to some other.

We took our lawn mower to be repaired. We had warranty for repair on the lawn mower. Without trying to actually figure out what the problem is with the lawn mower, he tried to find a fault with the way we are using it. He ended up quoting $69.99 because the issue that we had was apparently not covered by warranty (without doing any testing of the actual machine whatsoever.) We ended up taking it to a different approved Service Centre and we got it fixed in no time and no cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a terrible experience. The person who came out was extremely rude and not helpful. Even my 7 year old daughter said this was the rudest person she has ever met.
I brought my lawnmower to him and he kept asking me questions as to why I would remove the gas and replace it with fresh gas from the pump. Meanwhile he gave us this advice a day earlier over the phone as a way to try to remedy the lawnmower not starting up.
While trying to explain to him what happened, he kept ignoring me and arguing with me. Basically putting the blame for my 3 week old lawn mower not starting up on my wife and I. He kept saying the device had no oil. When I told him I had put in 500ml of oil into the machine he wouldn't not believe me. He basically did not want to touch the lawnmower and if I wanted him to service the machine, he wanted to charge me for any repairs.
I took my lawn mower to someone else and he discovered that the lawn mower was indeed faulty and did need warranty approved repairs.

He is an HONEST professional technician who gives you an honest estimate and exceptional service.at a reasonable price. And, he is very friendly and listens to your concerns about your equipment. Offers free advice about potential problems and calls you once he has diagnosed the problem. A really good repair shop that one can TRUST! Many others that I know who take their machines there would vouch the same.
