They are locally owned and operated and I suggest that you check them out before you head to the big box stores. Its good to keep our money in our community as they will support your local place of work in return.
lets not let our little gems of a store in our local neibourhoods get killed by the big box store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looking for good paint advise or matching colors look no further. Kelly took our 13 yr old paint can (paint company discontinued). Found the paint color with another paint co and mixed us up some paint. It was bang on, the exact color. I am thrilled with the results. THANK YOU KELLY, YOU ARE AWESOME. Treat her right Darren, she is a keeper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Talk about highway robbery. 11 foot pole 1 inch in diameter. $45.00 bucks. Last time I purchased one from this store it was $14.00 bucks. Will be doing my lumber shopping else where. For the record did not buy the pole.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the Clearbrook Rona an purchased two PVC pipes for $9.95 each. I needed two more, so I went to FVBS Rona on Fraser way. Exact same pipe same brand priced @14.99 each.
Convenience has it price! This time 50% more

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service, The girl at the cashier was overcharging me $40 On a item, she said no that was the price, there was a big lineup so I let the finish and then when the lineup cleared up I went and proved it to her that she overcharged me. So she was giving me a refund and was talking and laughing to two other employees in two different languages, So I asked her to stop talking so she won’t make another mistake. Very unprofessional. Plus there prices are way higher than other Rona stores, definitely not going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was told to head to the yard to be helped finding the purchased lumber and verify the purchase. A bunch of young workers were all huddled around goofing around...had to wait for a different guy to come out of the store to help us after almost 15 minutes of just waiting. The store wasn’t busy at all, in fact we were the only ones there, just bad customer service
