★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rickesh runs an organized, inclusive and caring organization that brings many opportunities for GTA children to contribute to the community. Thank you. However, I am concerned about how Rebecca treats children when a supervisor is not around. We have observed unfriendliness, impatience, sternness and bluntness several times towards the kids.

Their goal is to give children the guidance, confidence and experience to become leaders in their community. The experience for me has been heart warming. I am truly grateful for the FPK community being in my life and cannot say enough good things about this organization as a whole.

A very inclusive and growth focused organization. Powerful impact on the Kids and their communities. A noticeable change on their attitude, responsibility, confidence, awareness, and leadership.
Volunteering here has helped improve many life skills, broadened my network, and kindled new passions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At first I was very impressed by the program, but as I got to know some of the FPK staff as a volunteer over two years, I was very disappointed by the way they treat volunteers. The experience is inconsistent among Crew Captains, KidCoaches, and FPK staff. It really depends who you get as some people are great while others have no respect for you and push you into quitting. Never volunteering here again.
