โ โ โ โ โ They took the money and ran. Once you put down your deposit, they just stop responding to any communication.
The staff are rude, unprofessional and simply incapable of doing their jobs. You will have to call back frequently to make sure they do things, as they simply can't be bothered.
Save your time and money and go with a real company.

โ โ โ โ โ Jason was amazing, providing a range of options and providing a price forecast based on their recent steel costs.
We completed our order (our second with Jason / Future Steel) , and when our delivery appeared to fall apart (due to a ferry not running due to weather), the driver, Jason, and I came up with a plan to allow the driver to maintain his schedule, the material to be delivered to site, and my out of pocket costs to affect delivery, covered Future Steel (with Jason stickhandling the process). Happy, Happy.

โ โ โ โ โ The overall experience left a bad general feeling for this company. The price is reasonable, salespeople are helpful, but delivery was a mess. Was organized for a specific date so I rented a forklift, then the date change so I altered my rental, then it changes again so I had to pay a second day rental on a forklift. To not be able to tell a customer which day they will deliver a 2000 lb package is not acceptable.
I would not go back.

โ โ โ โ โ I bought a 35x60x20 model X building from future steel late last fall, and assembled it this summer. The quality of the building is amazing. It was easy to assemble, and is very sturdy. It is a diy product, but in my case, at the size of the building, heavy equipment was required, along with a few good friends. I absolutely love the building, I finally have my workshop! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend any future steel buildings to anyone! A special thanks to my sales rep Dan Tanaka for all his expertise and help!
