d	dhwani kotak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to talk to the owner or the manager. Worst pedi service. The nails also look like I have done it at home. Asked for short nails got really long ones. Wanted a specific design and colour. They don’t even know how to do ombre colour. Please see the pics attached. I understand you might be getting late and closing. Try to communicate with the customers. Also train your staff. You charge 40 dollars for pedi which is insane where she didn’t really do anything. My dead skin is still there. Also for nails, she messed up and the other employee tried to clean up her mess. Unacceptable. Didn’t argue with the staff there as it was already beyond their closing time. I would like to talk to the manager or owner tomorrow. If they are bothered by the reviews. This is really unacceptable.

She didn’t even care that blood was coming out from my finger. I am not going back here again So disappointed

r	ramneet kaur on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience I have ever got. Nails were not done properly. You can see side of nails, they didn’t got the gel and the nail paint is also not applied properly. Didn’t got the desired shape as well. Don’t go at this place. It’s a total ripoff.
P	Phoebe Pang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my second time coming here. I usually go to a different nail salon but decided to come back to this salon after seeing their Spring promotion. I truly wish I could’ve left satisfied but the lady who had did my nails did not make the length and design of my nails even and was quite rough. She had even cut me with the nail file while filing my nails down with a generous amount of blood coming out. She did not make a move to wipe the blood away for me until I had asked her for a piece of tissue paper. She also did not seem remorseful and brushed it away like it was no big deal. Then at the counter, they excluded the Spring promotion offer that would be applicable until 12:30 while my appointment began at 12:45, which is understandable that they would not provide me with the offer. However, I asked if it would be possible to apply the promotion regardless since I was only 15 minutes past from the deadline and given my experience just 5 minutes prior but she had insisted that their stamp card would compensate for it (which it would not). I can also see reviews of the same issue of this particular lady being quite rough and also cutting other girls’ nails as well. I do not plan on coming back again and would not recommend.
h	hoalong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great salon, very clean and bright. Nail techs are fantastic, all do excellent work. I drive for 30-45min just to come here, they're that good!! Definitely recommend making an appointment, they accept walk in too but call first. Check out their nails on Instagram, really gorgeous designs. Absolutely best nail salon, hands down.

First off I had three different people do my nails. The last lady who finished them cut me twice with the nail file because she cut me she than barely filed my nails. She seem annoyed when I asked for them to be shorter. She was very rough and wasn’t holding my skin back while filing I pulled my hand away several times. I’m pretty disappointed. When my skins healed I’ll be going somewhere else’s to get them fixed!
