★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sans contredit un des meilleurs saumon fumé ou gravlax dans très grand(sa inclut Montreal)! La qualité est hallucinante!! Il n’est pas trop salé et un goût de fumée léger! C’est bon, c’est bon, c’est bon!!!! L’endroit où vous perdez une étoile est que vous le trancher vraiment trop épais et on ne peut pas l’avoir tranché comme on l’aime. Se n’est pas faute de le demander! C’est vraiment dommage car vous êtes si prêt de la perfection! Et les prix sont très élevés aussi. Mais le goût est excellent ne changer pas votre recette, jamais!!!
Unquestionably one of the best smoked salmon or gravlax in very large (its includes Montreal)! The quality is hallucinating !! It is not too salty and a slight taste of smoke! It's good, it's good, it's good! The place where you lose a star is that you slice it really too thick and you can not have sliced it as you like it. It is not for want of asking! It's a shame because you are so ready for perfection! And the prices are very high too. But the taste is excellent do not change your recipe, never !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il n'y avait aucun produit québécois, les portions de poissons frais sont déjà emballées dans des sachets de plastique et il y avait davantage de produits surgelés que frais. Très décevant, plutôt attrape touriste. Le IGA de Morin-Eights avait une plus belle sélection!!
There was no Quebec product, the portions of fresh fish are already wrapped in plastic bags and there were more frozen than fresh products. Very disappointing, rather tourist trap. The Morin-Eights IGA had a better selection !!
