Je voulais simplement savoir d'ou vient la viande que j'achete et je me suis fait repondre (par ecrit) avec des " ?!" . Moi qui cherchais un endroit pour acheter en gros , ca ne sera surement pas celui-la !
I give a star because I don't have the option for zero. Customer service is HORRIBLE! I just wanted to know where the meat I buy comes from and I was answered (in writing) with "?!" . Me, who was looking for a place to buy in bulk, it surely will not be this one!

Personnel très à l'écoute de la clientèle et super courtois. Mon fameux tartare de cerf est devenu légendaire et le secret de la recette, c'est le boucher !
Excellent quality meat and enough choice to suit all tastes. Wagyu, game and everything you can find elsewhere, only better?. Staff very attentive to customers and super courteous. My famous deer tartare has become legendary and the secret of the recipe is the butcher!
