★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service. Very eager to help and honest. As of Dec 2019 it is also about $8 cheaper to fill a 30 lb propane tank here vs all the gas stations in Kelowna that we tried. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the best customer service I've experienced in a GAS supply store. The lovely lady at the desk was very prompt on getting me what I was looking for. The gentleman "Darren" or "Darrin" was very knowledgeable with his product. Got me what I needed right away and was a very reasonable price! There was also another gentleman that was trying to help me but I was already being helped. Overall wonderful service! Thanks guys!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After visiting nearly a dozen different retailers over the past month, I finally found my way to Darrin (owner) at Fuelpro.
I had a very unusual application, but with his 'yes' oriented attitude, was somehow able to point me in the right direction. Darrin's approach to business is one that is unfortunately an anomaly nowadays. He's very knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and has great prices.
If you want to support an incredible local business in your community and leave with the knowledge and equipment you need, then come to Darrin for all your propane/gas fitting needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Darrin quoted $325 to recertify a large tank. When I questioned what was involved he pointed out a small brass $20 fitting that gets swapped out and I could take my business elsewhere. I asked" Are you the only game in town?"to which he arrogantly replied " I'm the only game in southern B.C. what? Do you think I drive a Bentley? Darren's daddy Peter the founder would likely be ashamed of how his business is now run.I took Darren's advice and went to Pogo propane....saved $ 75 on the recertification and $175 on the fill. Thanks Darren!
