C	Christine McGavern on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Originally signed on as there was a very skilled and competent customer service manager that was dedicated to client support with facilities like our childcare. There were some issues with delivery consistency etc. but she always solved things. Once she left, the issues with food quantities, delivery, and consistency became more obvious. One of the key issues we observed was that the kitchen and the office are not in the same facility, so left hand doesn't always know what the right hand is doing. Food was suitable for adult tastes, but it sometimes seemed that the chef had no idea what little kids would enjoy in a daycare environment. Overall, took more time management and admin on our end then was worth it for the meal plan service. The team in place at the end tried their best to fix things that had been going wrong for a long time (reducing costs, attempting to fix the process), but it was too little too late for our daycare facility. They have good marketing and a great website but the fulfillment doesn't match the splashy logo. Would recommend looking around before committing, it is hard to find meal plan services in Calgary for childcare but there are others.
