From taking the order to delivering, I have never experienced this quality of service in this industry. I ordered 4 yards of Triple Mix. They told me the day available. We agreed. They called 30 minutes before delivery and said the truck is on its way. The Driver was extremely co-operative and helped dump the soil where I wanted it. Great job.

After the worker encouraged me to buy more stones than I needed he says they can't take back the perfectly good stones because I used some of the big ones so it wouldn't fit on the skid. Furthermore he would charge me for the return stones. I'm not going back there again.

Had a great experience starting with my initial phone call inquiring about supplies with Kazena on the telephone. Then I called back to ask some more questions and spoke to Samantha. When I went there, I dealt with Rob who was very knowledgeable on the polymeric sand, sealant and anti-slip grip additive I needed. Can’t say enough nice things about this place. Don’t go to the big box stores, support a small family company like this! They have way more to choose from then a big box store and the pricing is very good. Don’t forget your mask as you will need it to enter the store. Thanks Kazena, Samantha and Rob.
