I would never recommend this broker or insurance group to any one! Zero communication, impossible to get a hold of. WORST EXPERIENCE for insurance.

He needed few minutes to look at my policy. 2 hours later I called him again. He did not forget about me. Just problem with computer. End of story. Nobody connected me. Tomorrow (Mañana) I will try again.

Wanted a quote for just auto insurance as my home policy isn't up for renewal yet. I liked the auto quote but was told I had to pair it with home insurance at the same time. Called my current insurance company and they told me if I cancelled midterm there would be an early cancellation fee. Not wanting to incur the cancellation fee, I ultimately told this brokerage to get lost. I have never heard that a consumer must pair their home & auto insurance together on the same effective date... What if I don't own any property? I thought Ontario had a take-all-comers rule for auto insurance? Their sales practices are highly questionable!

D	Debbie Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Broker and the CSR I deal with at FSB are very knowledgeable and experienced. They work hard to ensure I have the coverage that I need while also ensuring that I get good value for money on all of my policies. I would highly recommend FSB.

G	Gwen Roy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If i could leave less of a star i would .Attempted to cancel my policy at time of renewal. they took out an additional payment anyways. I phoned and requested a refund of the payment in addition to the NSF fee my institution charged me. After being bounced around between about 3 people finally they transfer me to Andy (my agent). He interrupts me over the phone and says hes got nothing to do with this and explained " dont bother me with calls about $48" implying that $48 means nothing , he concluded the call with explaining hell be calling someone else and have them deal with this. This is the kicker of the story , Get this Ive been speaking with the assistant of the broker for the past 2 years handing anything insurance related ( I literally thought this person was my agent). I had never even spoken to Andy in my time with this Insurance group. Every time I phoned Janet with an i surance inquiry or quote for a new vehicle. She sounded as if she had just rolled out of bed. And forget a call back if she ever says so... She just doesn't. Never have i dealt with a more incompetent company. Professionalism is a 0/10 . I felt like I was being rediculed by my father. Needless to say i have switched Companies entirely.
