Dr. Maksymec made me feel rushed and frustrated on each of our last four appointments. She indicated each time that she was unwilling to discuss more than one medical issue per appointment, which wasn't to go over 15 min. When I identified my frustration at having to return repeatedly she insensitively indicated I should look for another doctor "who could spend an hour and a half getting to know me". When I asked if already having a family doctor would impact my ability to be taken on by another doctor she told me not to tell them. She behaves in a way that makes me feel like she is gender biased against men. I also suspect that the high frequency, low quality appointments were motivated purely by greed to ensure each query could be billed independently. I am completely disheartened and frustrated by Dr. Maksymec's apparent unethical conduct and care.

Ive been going here since i was a baby and i will say tgey are very friendly, sometimes slow at reception but not a lot. Some doctors rush you through your appointment like they have something better to do and others take there time and listen to what is going on. It really all depends on the day for the experience you will have.

They never open the phone lines at 830. It’s always after their start time… they close the phones a half hour min before their lunch time… it’s irritating ! Like everyone … you should be able to open on time and take scheduled lunches!

The Doctors I have encountered are great, the receptionists are fairly rude. Most times that I've called, whoever I've spoken to sounds upset, has cut me off or made me feel badly for seeking the answers I'm looking for. Booking an appointment in person is often a similar experience. Some better customer service is much needed here.

Friendly staff, most days. Great doctors from what I've experienced so far. Update 2020: the one receptionist still has a hard time being pleasant on the phone most of the time, she has been there for the 8+ years I have attended and I think I’ve had a polite and pleasant interaction once. The clinic is fairly outdated and although they are still offering telephone consults due to COVID-19 they still can’t email you a simple vaccine record. They called to ask for my email back in March and I was hoping this would mean they were moving into online services like most places but, nope.

after reading some reviews I'm relieved to hear that a certain receptionist seems to be rude to many people and not just me. Now I don't feel like I'm being centered out. My Doctor, well I wouldn't trade her in for the world. I've been with her 20 years and she has got me through some really tough times. Thanks for all your work and dedication Doc

Aside from the rude secretary ( which seems to be a common theme), not impressed with the inability for my family to see the doctor when needed. Phone calls have been happening for 2+ years and even when I give cell phone for call back somehow she still calls the landline having us miss the calls. Not sure of the disorganization in the clinic as doctor missed a u/s result showing husband having cancer. Only picked up when pre surgery called. Today , daughter with anxiety waited for over an hour for a phone call and amazing that the doctor called right after I phoned the office to complain.
