★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toronto Office - Super slow, very passive aggressive, get accidentally cced in emails like "I'll deal with this person (person meaning customer)," unresponsive to questions, hard to get a hold of. Have to get other offices involved to get your insurance - absolutely terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Felt really unsupported and essentially uninsured when trying to replace a strobe that had been damaged. They asked me to mail the strobe to profoto to get a letter about whether it was actually damaged, I was going to be without for weeks and weeks with zero support from Front Row. Switched to Gallagher.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nearly everything is done online, the company is difficult to get ahold of, it’s too expensive, and there are no discounts available for long-standing policies. After being a client for several years I’m looking for an alternative for my $300k+ gear package.
