WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I walked in to Friends Video Production thinking they would do a good job as they had 5 stars on google. However this has defiently been my worst experiance ever. I decided to go ahead and hire them for my dads 50th birthday and told them our event is going to start at 5:30 and that people will be arriving until 6:30. They did not have anything ready in time so we had to start out event super late. I had guests coming from London Ont which is 2 hrs away and some left in disappointment. The mic was missing for 2 hrs and when we asked them where it is the answer was " the dj guy will bring it soon most events dont start until 8". This is honestly ridiculous how they expect people to follow their schedule. I am the customer not them. Thier goal is only money and once you pay them they dont care about doing a proper job and keeping customers happy. I talked to the owner Sodhi Nagra the day of the event about how disappointed I was since we couldnt do half of the things we were going to do the day on the event. His answer was also " most events don't start until 8pm" . After our event we wanted to tell them how we felt about their services and how the dj was not present until way later. We wanted some satisfication since our event was delayed and ruined because of them. I talked to this guy who worked their about how I felt and he was EXTREAMLY rude so I asked him to bring Sodhi and so he did. Sodhi turned out to be EVEN MORE rude. He said sorry about the dj but did not do anything in terms of money. We paid for the dj to be there the whole time and on time. He said i cant refund any money and you better pay me my $600 thats the remaining balance or you cant take your movies and he said all this YELLING. Sodhi is all about money and does not care about how his customers feel. I paid the remaining balance for the videos and pictures. Today I watched the video which is poorly edited. Everyones faces look orange and the quality is so bad. I am so disappointed and I will NEVER be returning to Friends Video Production again.

Great service! They met all of my photography and cinematography needs! Super polite and very accommodating to my needs! Arsh and the gang went above and beyond with their work! The speed in which I got my content back was absolutely insane! I couldn’t believe it. Thanks to them all of our events went smooth and without any issues. I will definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone looking for wedding or professional photography/Cinematography
